Rowan Skye

Rowan Skye has been working in the tech industry since 2015. In that year, they began working as a Research Assistant at TRIUMF. In 2018, they took on the role of Fullstack Web Developer at The Ubyssey Publications Society, where they built responsive new features for the Ubyssey's in-house opensource CMS, dispatch, with a React + Redux front-end and Django back-end, as well as maintained the ubyssey. In 2019, they became a Full Stack Engineer at Plantiga.

Rowan Skye has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC) Electrical and Computer Engineering, which they obtained in 2019. Rowan also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Victoria, which they obtained in 2015. In addition, they have completed Radiation Safety Training at TRIUMF.
