Ruslan Beheka

Ruslan Beheka currently serves as a Growth Manager at PlantIn (Genesis) since October 2023. Previously, Ruslan held the position of Senior Product Designer at Newxel from May 2023 to October 2023, where an internal platform for automating HR and recruiting was designed from scratch. Additionally, Ruslan worked as a UX Researcher at PlantIn (Genesis) in April 2023, conducting user experience research on a leading machine learning-based application for plant care. As a Senior Product Designer at SKELAR from May 2020 to April 2023, Ruslan designed and launched a profitable social platform and led the complete product design process. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Product Designer at Genesis Tech, where five iOS apps were developed, and as a Lead UI/UX Designer at Greenweb, contributing to over 40 web projects and mentoring designers. Ruslan holds a Master's degree in Engineer Constructor specializing in highways and airfields from National Transport University and has further education from Projector Institute.
