Ravi Kumar

Ravi Kumar has worked in the IT industry since 2016. In 2021, they joined Plantix as a Senior Android Developer. Ravi's main responsibilities include working on the Plantix Partner E-commerce (B2B) app, using the latest Android Jetpack Components for development (Dagger Hilt, Kotlin Coroutines & Flow, Navigation Component, MVVM, Clean Architecture), analyzing requirements, implementing the app, and publishing the app to the Google Play Store. Prior to Plantix, they worked at Alpha 1 as an Owner from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they also worked at Infosys as a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer Trainee. Ravi's main responsibilities at Infosys revolved around developing powerful and scalable Android applications, testing and debugging applications and developing updates to improve app usability and stability. Ravi was also responsible for transforming UX designs into a powerful android application using the latest Architecture components (MVVM, Kotlin Coroutines, Dagger/Hilt).

Ravi Kumar has a diverse educational background. Ravi studied Science and Mathematics from 2000 to 2013 at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Ravi then went on to pursue a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from 2013 to 2017 at UIET - Kurukshetra University. In 2019, they completed a Nanodegree in Data Structures & Algorithms from Udacity. Ravi also obtained a Nanodegree in C++ from Udacity in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Gitlab Certified Associate from GitLab in 2021, an Android Course for Professional from MindOrks in 2020, and an Associate Android Developer Kotlin from Google in 2021.
