Barak Cohen

Barak Cohen has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Barak is currently working as the VP of Engineering at Planview, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Engineering at Just Eat Takeaway.com from October 2021 to July 2022. Barak also worked as the Head of Engineering at BeyondMinds, a company focused on AI-as-a-service platform, from January 2021 to October 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Barak was the Director of R&D at Allscripts, where they managed the development lifecycle of Population Health products. Barak has also held the position of Director of R&D and Chief Software Architect at iMDsoft from 2008 to 2018, leading the development of clinical information software. Earlier in their career, Barak worked at Applied Materials as a Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer.

Barak Cohen earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, between 1999 and 2002. Barak later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the Weizmann Institute of Science in 2003, specializing in Computer Science.
