Louise Norbury

Louise Norbury has extensive work experience in various HR and operations roles. Louise currently holds the position of Group Vice President, Global HR at Planview, Inc. In this role, they provide strategic HR support for international territories, including the UK, Sweden, Germany, France, Italy, and APAC. Louise'sresponsibilities include talent management, organization restructuring, driving a high-performance culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and global HR program management. Prior to joining Planview, Inc., Norbury worked as an HR Business Partner at Sugarjack Ltd and as Head of Operations & HR at Indigo Concept Packaging. Louise also held leadership positions at FAT FACE LIMITED, zavvi entertainment group (formerly Virgin Megastores), and Virgin Megastores, where they gained experience in retail operations and store management.

Louise Norbury earned an Advanced Diploma in Multijurisdictional Employment Law (Adv Dip MELL) from FedEE in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they completed a BA Hons in Business Management & Communication from an unspecified institution between 1998 and 2001.
