Paul Yaros is chief customer officer responsible for the global delivery of the Customer Services organization, including Customer Care, Professional Services, Customer Success & Renewals, and Global Learning. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the technology space working to transform services organizations through continuous improvement and by empowering individuals and teams to build higher degrees of intimacy to improve the customer experience and deliver meaningful value to the customer.

Paul joined Planview through the acquisition of Changepoint, where he served as Chief Customer Officer. Prior to Changepoint he held leadership positions at Model N, the leading provider of cloud revenue management solutions and Epicor, a global leader of supply chain technology solutions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cairn University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Paul served in many leadership positions in the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania, holds his PMP certification, and currently serves on the Technology Services Industry Association’s (TSIA) Customer Success Advisory Board.
