Roi Isak

Roi Isak serves as the HR Operations & Data Director at Plarium since October 2021, leading global HR process optimization, managing a talent acquisition team, and overseeing HR systems integration. Previously, Roi held roles including Global Talent Acquisition Manager & HRBP at Plarium, VP Delivery at Impala Digital, and Head of Delivery at Entain, showcasing a strong background in project and program management across high-scale organizations. Roi's career began with military consulting as an Organizational Psychologist in the Israel Defense Forces, followed by positions in project management and organizational development in various companies. Roi holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
