Binny Yodaiken has a strong background in engineering and product development. They began their career in 2008 as a Mechanical Designer at Navotek Medical. In 2011, they joined navotek as a Product Manager and then moved to Plasan Sasa in 2012 as a Product Development Manager. At Plasan Sasa, Binny worked until 2015 when they joined Plasan as a Program Manager. In 2019, Binny was promoted to Head of Engineering Staff at Plasan and recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the VP of Engineering and R&D at the company.
Binny Yodaiken completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Haifa from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, Binny obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
