Natav Yatom serves as the Head of R&D and Head of the Simulation and Survivability Department at Plasan since February 2019, following roles as a Research Engineer. Yatom also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the Technion's Department of Materials Science and Engineering from October 2021 to March 2022, where a course on data-driven development for material engineers was designed and taught. Prior experience includes working as a materials engineer at Plasan Sasa Ltd from 2009 to 2013, focusing on R&D within the materials team. Yatom holds a PhD in Material Science and Engineering and a BSc in Physics from the Technion, obtained between 2010 and 2019.
