Chris Flynn-Rozanski

Chris Flynn-Rozanski has a diverse range of work experience. In 2007, they worked as a Congressional Intern for Rush Holt for Congress. From 2009 to 2011, Chris worked as a Resident Assistant at Boston College, where they assessed and responded to residents' needs and managed administrative duties. In 2010, they also briefly served as a Resident Assistant at Walnut Hill School. In 2011, Chris joined Apple Inc as an Apple Store Leadership Program Associate, rotating through different departments and leading store teams. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at AlphaSights as a Lead Analyst, connecting professionals with expert insights. They later became the People Operations Director, working on talent acquisition and reinventing the recruiting process. In 2015, Chris co-founded Ingredient Optimized and became the CEO, focusing on improving the performance of protein powder. In the same year, they also worked as the Curator for Startup Digest in Cleveland, curating startup events and news. In 2016, Chris served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at FOOD-X, an international business accelerator program.
