Brennon Elam

Brennon Elam is an experienced Process Engineer currently employed at Plasman since September 2023, previously holding the same position at Röchling Automotive from August 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, Brennon served as a Production Supervisor at EUWE EUGEN WEXLER for four years and held the same title at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors for over five years. Earlier career roles include Senior Process Technician at Lang-Mekra North America and Process Technician at both Century Plastics, Inc. and SRG Global. Brennon's technical expertise is complemented by training in RJG Systematic and Essentials, as well as Fanuc Robotic Training, and foundational education with a high school diploma from Union City High School.
