Steven P. T.

Steven P. T. has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Steven P. started their career as Vice President and General Manager at Dallas Woodcraft, Inc. in 1999 and later became the Owner/General Manager at Custom Mill Products, LLC. In 2006, they joined JELD-WEN, Inc. as General Manager and held the position for eight years. In 2014, Steven served as the Interim Director of Operations at Atrium Windows & Doors. Steven P. then worked as the Director of Manufacturing at MJB Wood Group, Inc., overseeing manufacturing plants in Texas and Arkansas. Steven later became the General Manager - Sales and Distribution at Wilson Plywood and Door Inc., reporting directly to the owner. Currently, they serve as the Director of Manufacturing and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Pallet Logistics of America.

Steven P. T. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering, with a minor in Operations Management, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Steven P. also pursued an MBA degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Manufacturing Management, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In addition to their formal education, Steven has obtained a certification in Statistical Process Control / Six Sigma Implementation from McDonnell Douglas in Ft. Worth, TX.
