As the Director of Finance, Melissa provides a wealth of financial expertise to enhance current processes for financial reporting, annual budget development, and DCAA compliance. Her experience includes developing, implementing, and managing the planning, forecasting and financial reporting that directly supports Redhorse’s continued growth in the government sector and targeted industries.
Melissa joined the finance team at Redhorse in 2010. With more than 13 years as one of the first employees, Melissa has a deep understanding of government contracting, accounting, auditing, and finance. Ms. Thierry is proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Excel and Deltek Costpoint. She oversees the project controls team to carefully monitor project finances and compliance from cradle to grave on all Redhorse projects.
Melissa grew up in Natchitoches, LA known for its legendary history as the oldest permanent settlement in the Louisiana Purchase and home of Northwestern State University, where she proudly attended.
