Deborah Roberts

Deborah Roberts is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Employee Experience at PLASP Child Care Services since October 2025, Deborah has previously held significant HR positions at Alectra from August 2017 to September 2025, including Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior HR experience includes roles at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board as an Associate HR Business Partner, RSA as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the Ontario Region, Compass Group North America as an HR Specialist, and CIBC as a Human Resources Consultant. Deborah holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Sheridan College.
