Sharon Raphaely

Sharon Raphaely is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Global Procurement at PLASSON Ltd. since September 2017, where responsibilities include establishing a central global procurement operation and devising methodologies and structures. Prior to this role, Sharon held positions at Elbit Systems Ltd. and Nestlé S.A., overseeing global procurement for services and indirect materials, as well as packaging. Additional experience includes strategic purchasing and management roles in the Osem Group and other organizations. Sharon holds an MBA in Business from Ono Academic and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University, complemented by a qualification as a Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.
