Amir Elzoubier (MSc IChemE CEng) is an accomplished chemical engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and project management. Currently serving as Lead Process Engineer at Plastic Energy since March 2022, Amir previously held the position of Senior Process Engineer at Offshore Design Engineering Ltd from August 2008 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing engineering projects and conducting hydraulic studies. Earlier roles include Process Engineer at BG Group, focusing on water treatment options, and Production Process Engineer at both the Egyptian Fertilizers Company and El Mansoura/Merlon Petroleum, where Amir managed teams and participated in HAZOP studies and commissioning works. Amir holds a Master’s Degree in Flow Assurance from Cranfield University and two degrees in Chemical Engineering (MSc and BSc) from Cairo University.
