Charlotte Holder

Charlotte Holder (nee Waldron) is a Senior Legal Advisor at Plastic Energy since January 2021, with extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions, private equity transactions, and public company work across various sectors, particularly in energy and renewables. Prior to this role, Charlotte served as a Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang (Singapore) LLP and CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, focusing on similar transactional work.
