Christian Montalvo

Christian Montalvo has a background in Information Technology, with experience as a System Analyst / DBA at Plastic Express. In this role, Christian collaborates with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility, tests, maintains, and monitors computer programs and systems. In addition, Christian has experience as a Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, overseeing customer service standards, directing daily operations of the customer service team, and handling complex customer service issues.
