Stephen Penny is an experienced professional in operations and engineering management with a strong background in extrusion processes and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Extrusion Manager at Plastic Ingenuity since April 2022, Stephen oversees the commissioning of an extrusion line and manages production across multiple shifts. Previous roles include Operations at Amazon Fulfillment Center, Operations Manager at H&H Enterprises, and Building & Systems Engineer Supervisor at UPS, among others. Stephen's expertise spans various industries, including packaging, non-woven textiles, and logistics, with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency, achieving cost savings, and developing high-performance teams. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and has additional certifications in ISO internal auditing.
