Tracey Hustad

Tracey Hustad has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tracey is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Plastic Ingenuity since April 2023. Tracey previously worked at Arconic, where they held various HR leadership positions including Vice President Human Resources and Global Human Resources Director from November 2016 to December 2022. Before that, they worked at Alcoa for over 20 years and held roles such as HR Director, Sr Global HR and Talent Manager, HR Manager, Talent & HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Manufacturing Leader. Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated expertise in talent management, HR support, and leadership.

Tracey Hustad received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1991. Tracey then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa, which they completed in 1998.
