Chad Smith

Chad Smith has a diverse work experience. Chad worked as the Chief Personnel Officer at Plastic Recycling Inc. since August 2019. Prior to that, they served in the US Navy from 1999 to 2019. During their time in the Navy, they held various roles including Commanding Officer and Director of Operations. Chad also served as an Executive Advisor and a Human Capital Strategist in cryptology. Additionally, they worked in front line operational leadership roles and completed a graduate program at the United States Naval Postgraduate School.

Chad Smith holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Warfare Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, which they completed between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics Education from Miami University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chad has also earned certifications in Talent Optimization from The Predictive Index and in Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews from LinkedIn.
