As the Southeast Regional Manager for Plasticade - American Louver Company since June 2021, Charles oversees operations in the Southeast Territory. Previously, Charles served as District Sales Manager at Wacker Neuson from December 2018 to June 2021 and as National Sales Manager at Work Area Protection Corp. from October 2009 to September 2018, managing multiple product lines and overseeing sales teams. Charles began a career in retail management after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from the University of South Carolina, where studies were completed between 1987 and 1992.
