Nathan Spearman

Nathan Spearman has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, specifically as a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Nathan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Plastics Extrusion Machinery (PEM) LLC, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the President & CEO and Owner of Plastics Extrusion Machinery LLC from December 2017 to January 2023. Before joining PEM, Spearman was the Chief Financial Officer at Alltite, Inc. from February 2016 to December 2017. Nathan also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Viega LLC from October 2005 to February 2016 and at Vanguard Piping Systems, Inc. from April 2000 to October 2005.

Nathan Spearman earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Baker University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Chartered Global Management Accountant from AICPA (obtained in 2012), Certified Information Technology Professional from AICPA (obtained in 2010), and Certified Public Accountant from KBOA (obtained in 1994).
