Maziar Pourshams

Maziar Pourshams has a diverse and extensive work experience. Maziar is currently serving as the General Manager/CEO/Administrative Director at Plastmo Scandinavia, a company owned by the ACO Group. Maziar is also a board member at SG Railing in Norway. Prior to this, Maziar held the position of Head of Engineering and Key Account Management at Hilti Danmark from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the General Manager/COO/Country Manager at Hilti Emirates. Before that, they worked at Hilti Danmark as a Sales Manager from 2013 to 2016 and as a Strategic Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2013. Maziar's work experience also includes roles at Hilti Sweden, where they worked as a Product Manager, Marketing Intelligence Analyst, and Customer Service Manager. In addition, they gained experience as a Management Consultant at Andersen Management International A/S, providing advisory services to the telecommunication sector. Maziar began their career as a Trainee at Skanska. Overall, Maziar Pourshams has a strong background in management, marketing, engineering, and consultancy.

Maziar Pourshams completed their Executive Board Education at Birn+Partners in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Business economics degree in Marketing Management (HD part 2) from Copenhagen Business School from 2004 to 2006. Before that, they obtained a Business economics degree (HD part 1) from Copenhagen Business School from 2002 to 2004. Their educational journey began with a Master of Science in Engineering in Civil Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they completed from 1995 to 2002.
