Mario Semadeni serves as the Global Sustainability Officer and Business Excellence Assistant at PLASTON since May 2016, where responsibilities include defining sustainability strategy, monitoring key sustainability figures, managing sustainability measures, overseeing UN dangerous goods certification for Li-Ion battery packaging, and implementing new modules in CAQ software tools. Previous experience includes roles at Leica Geosystems and APM Technica AG, where contributions were made in freight cost allocation and parts testing management. Mario's educational background features a BSc in Energy and Environmental Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil, along with advanced training in sustainability and corporate sustainability from WIFI Vorarlberg and Università Bocconi, respectively. Additional language proficiency includes advanced English obtained through certificate studies at International House Brisbane.
