Adwoba Arhin

Adwoba Arhin has extensive experience in the startup ecosystem, currently serving as an Innovation Account Executive and Scouting Lead at Startupbootcamp since November 2018, where responsibilities include engaging with startups and managing the startup funnel for European accelerator programs. Prior roles include working as a Startup Scout at HealthInc and previously at Startupbootcamp Amsterdam and Startupbootcamp FinTech, alongside a trainee role focused on scouting and process development. Early career experiences include serving as an Administrative Officer at Professionals Limited, where tasks involved processing documents and providing accounting support, and working as a Junior Sales Representative at Databank Financial Services Ltd. Adwoba holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Babson College, complemented by foundational education in Business Studies from Archbishop Porter Girls Secondary.
