Anushka Ana Ratkovic Percinic is an experienced recruiter and human resources professional with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Tourism and Management, Skopje. Currently serving as a Recruiter a.i. at Plat4mation since November 2021 and a Client & Team Lead at Inhouse Select B.V. since December 2020, Anushka manages customer relationships, coordinates recruitment processes, and drives end-to-end recruitment. Additional experience includes roles as a Client Lead at Frontwise Group and a Lecturer in Practical Recruitment at Creative Hub Macedonia. Anushka began a career in human resources with internships and assistant positions at Causeway Connect, ASI - Alternative System Integration DOO, and Nikob Obezbeduvanje, developing a strong foundation in candidate sourcing and HR management.
