Mikael Falk is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Sales Nordics at Plat4mation since February 2025, Mikael focuses on driving business transformation through hyper-automation with ServiceNow. As CEO of Millforest Consulting Group AB since October 2017, Mikael has led corporate transformations in the digitalization era. Previous roles include Business Executive at Sofigate, CEO & Nordic Partner Sales lead at Mytos House of Software, and several positions at Microsoft, where Mikael significantly contributed to marketing and sales strategies. With an educational background that includes a degree in Business Strategy from INSEAD and a Master of Media, Mikael brings a strong foundation in strategic planning and leadership.
