Sven Duppen has a diverse work experience in sales and account management roles. Sven started their career as a Sales Intern at OMG/Mailmedia, where they conducted competitive analysis and made recommendations for improving the sales process. After completing their internship, they became a Sales Executive and later a Sales Account Manager, advising advertisers on email marketing strategy and selling to new and existing clients.
In 2011, Sven joined LinkedIn as a Sales Account Manager, consulting advertisers on effective strategies for the platform. Sven was promoted to Senior Sales Account Manager and then to Account Director, specializing in automotive and education sectors. Sven was also a member of LinkedIn's Global Top Performer Club in 2013 and 2014.
In 2018, Sven transitioned to Oracle as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on enterprise accounts and customer experience applications. Later in the same year, they joined Sprinklr as an Account Executive for large enterprise clients in the Benelux region. In this role, Sven achieved significant milestones such as retaining 100% customer annual recurring revenue (CARR) for three consecutive years and bringing in new logos with over 1M annual recurring revenue (ARR). Due to their outstanding performance, they were promoted to the Director of Sales for the Benelux region, leading a team of five Account Executives.

Sven Duppen earned their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce - Sales & Marketing Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2005 to 2009. In 2016, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business & IT from Nyenrode Business University, completing it in 2021. Sven also obtained additional certifications including Lead Generation Fundamentals from Lynda.com in March 2017, How to Rock Social Media from Lynda.com in March 2016, and Content Marketing Fundamentals from Lynda.com in January 2016.
