Pritika Singh

Pritika Singh is a Technical Architect at Plat4mation since December 2022, specializing in the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, CSM, and SecOps. Prior to this, Pritika served as an Associate Technical Architect and a ServiceNow Specialist at BT, contributing to solution architecture. At Cognizant, Pritika played a key role as a Senior Associate, focusing on Virtual Agent solutions and chatbot integrations. Experience also includes roles at Shell, Target, Capgemini, and Atos, where responsibilities ranged from technical leadership to software development. Pritika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology, completed in 2015.
