Nimrod Kadosh has work experience in the field of technical support and customer success. Nimrod started their career at Amdocs in 2016 as an IT Technician until 2018. In 2018, they joined Plataine as a Technical Support Engineer and later worked their way up to Head of Global Support. Currently, they also hold the position of Customer Success Lead at Plataine.
Nimrod Kadosh obtained a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University between 2008 and 2010. In 2021, they received professional training as a Customer Success Manager from pmsphere - Leading Products to Success, specializing in Customer Service Management.
