Neal Conley

Neal Conley is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in project operations and management. Currently serving at Plateau Excavation, Inc. since February 2023, Neal has previously held key positions such as Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent at Holder Construction Company from March 2016 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as a Carpenter/General Construction at Greg Conley Construction Inc. from October 2012 to March 2015 and as a Civil Engineer at P.C. Simonton & Associates for a brief period in 2013. Neal holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering Technology obtained from Southern Polytechnic State University, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2012, and is a graduate of Oconee County High School, class of 2007.
