Shane Kiefer

Shane Kiefer serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Plateau Land & Wildlife Management, Inc., a position held since October 2021, after previously holding the role of Chief Operating Officer from February 2013 to October 2021. Kiefer's career at Plateau Land & Wildlife Management began in January 2005 as a Senior Wildlife Biologist, transitioning to Director of Ecological Services before advancing to executive leadership. Kiefer earned a Master of Science degree in Wildlife Ecology from Texas State University between 2002 and 2004, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Range & Wildlife Management from Texas Tech University from 1997 to 2001.
