Plateau Urbain
Paul Citron is a professional actively engaged in urban planning and education. Currently serving as an associate professor at Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris, Paul is also the founder of Surface+Utile, an advocacy association focused on ecological and societal interests in real estate. In addition, Paul holds the position of urban planner at CIRECO, where activities involve research and consultancy in urbanism and social and solidarity economy (ESS). Furthermore, Paul has a significant volunteer role as the president of the supervisory board at Plateau Urbain. Previous roles include co-director and various leadership positions at La Preuve par 7, as well as serving as a lecturer at Sciences Po. With a doctoral background from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paul's research focused on the involvement of real estate developers in urban projects.

Plateau Urbain est une coopérative d’immobilier solidaire et d’urbanisme transitoire et temporaire qui propose des espaces de travail abordables et, quand c’est possible, des solutions d’hébergement d’urgence dans des tiers-lieux à vocation sociale vivants, créatifs et solidaires, en Île-de-France et dans plusieurs métropoles (Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille). Elle mène également des activités de conseil et d’accompagnement partout en France.
