Amber Southern

Amber S. currently serves as a Senior Member of the Leadership Team at The Advocates, where strategic planning and performance analysis are essential to driving business success. With experience expanding operations across eight states and managing finance and human resources, Amber has developed systems for recruitment, compliance, and vendor partnerships. Prior roles at The Advocates include Director of Finance and Human Resources, as well as Office and Accounting Manager, where Amber executed fiscal responsibilities and enhanced operational efficiency. Previous experience as a Legal Assistant involved training staff and improving case management processes. Amber holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Psychology/Criminal Justice from Southern Utah University.
