Janaína Nogueira has several years of experience in marketing and content-related roles. Janaína started their career in 2012 as an intern in the press office and social media departments at the São Paulo City Hall. In this role, they managed social media, coordinated events, and handled press requests.

Afterward, they worked as a freelance journalist, writing various types of content for magazines, websites, and social media platforms. Janaína specialized in topics such as digital marketing, lifestyle, culture, and tourism.

In 2014, Janaína joined the Grupo IPub, where they were responsible for creating and editing web content, as well as leading a content team. Janaína also received training in inbound marketing and became a consultant in this field for some clients.

During their time at QMK Comunicação, from April to July 2016, Janaína worked as a content and social media analyst. Janaína was responsible for content production, strategic planning, data analysis, and monthly reporting.

From July 2016 to May 2017, they worked at Sodré Santoro as an inbound marketing and communication analyst. Their responsibilities included content writing, strategic planning, campaign creation, automation, and monthly reporting.

After that, Janaina worked at Agência Mestre from May 2017 to April 2019. Janaína held multiple roles during this period, including senior inbound marketing analyst, inbound marketing coordinator, and media team manager. Their responsibilities included managing clients' projects, developing strategies, creating content plans, analyzing KPIs, and supporting the SEO and media teams.

From May 2019 to November 2020, Janaína worked at Matchbox Brasil as a manager of inbound marketing and content. Their role involved managing the inbound marketing and recruiting area, developing strategies, analyzing OKRs and KPIs, and providing feedback and support to the team.

Currently, Janaína is working at Platform Builders as a Growth Marketing & ABM professional.

Janaína Nogueira completed their degree in Communication Social, with a specialization in Journalism, from FAPCOM - Faculdade Paulus de Tecnologia e Comunicação, from 2009 to 2013. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Digital Media Management from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
