Juliana de Oliveira

Juliana de Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Juliana started their career as an Estagiária de Logística at Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social in 2016. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Jovem Aprendiz in Sales Operations at Mercos, where they provided support to the sales team and was responsible for Salesforce administration. In 2020, they joined Quatenus® as a Sales Operations - Jr, where they implemented and deployed Salesforce CRM in the Sales and Customer Success teams, and developed new processes for customer relationship management. Currently, they are working at Builders as a Salesforce Developer, involved in Salesforce design and deployment, sales process and systems management, and sales analytics and intelligence.

Juliana de Oliveira is currently pursuing a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. Juliana started their studies in 2021 and is expected to complete the degree in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Juliana has obtained several certifications. In May 2023, they became a Salesforce Certified Associate. In April 2023, they completed the course "Git e GitHub: Formação Básica" offered by LinkedIn. Before pursuing their degree, in May 2020, Juliana obtained a certification in "Inteligência Emocional" from Escola Conquer.
