Julio Cesar de Oliveira Martins has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Julio Cesar started their career as a Management and Planning Manager at Engenheiros Sem Fronteiras, where they developed and implemented engineering projects for low-income communities. Julio Cesar then joined UP Consultoria Jr. as a Consultant, responsible for structuring the IT area and conducting IT-related consultancies.

Julio later worked at UNIFEI as an intern and at Universidade Aberta e Integrada de Minas Gerais as an IT Subjects Tutor. Julio Cesar also served as an English Teacher at SEPRO, contributing to the education and intellectual growth of elementary and high school students.

Moving into the field of software development, Julio worked at Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel as a Trainee and System Specialist, developing telecommunication solutions for Ericsson. Julio Cesar took on the role of Team Leader, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, where they guided agile projects and prioritized features for software development.

Julio then joined dti digital as a Scrum Master and later as a Tech Manager and Project Manager, overseeing agile development teams and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver operational and seller requirements.

Most recently, Julio joined Builders as a Business Agility Manager and Professional Services Manager. In this role, they focus on creating innovative business solutions, implementing strategies for continuous improvement, and establishing data-driven metrics. Overall, Julio possesses a wealth of experience in project management, agile methodologies, and software development across different industries.

Julio Cesar de Oliveira Martins has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Wollongong, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Julio Cesar then pursued another Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Itajubá, which they completed from 2010 to 2017. After that, Julio went on to earn a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management in Technological Environment from the Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel, completing it from 2019 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Julio has also obtained several certifications.
