Ollie Wace's work experience begins in 2012 as a Runner at Twofour. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Researcher at Twofour Group, generating ideas for television programs and attending pitches with broadcasters. In 2015, Ollie joined TMW Unlimited as a Graduate Campaign Executive and later became a Campaign Executive. At EARN Studios starting in 2017, they held roles as an Associate and was involved in various client projects, including collaborating with BuzzFeed and McCormick/Schwartz Group. Ollie then moved on to JOE Media in 2018, where they worked their way up from Planning Manager to Strategy Director and finally Head of Commercial Product.
