Charlotte Painter is an experienced professional in recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Platform Recruitment since December 2023. Prior to this role, Charlotte held Senior Consultant positions at Discover International from September 2023 to December 2023 and at LVI Associates from October 2022 to September 2023, where expertise in Munich TGA recruitment was developed. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Production Specialist at Paragon ID from August 2020 to September 2021, contributing to the Print Production team during the pandemic by applying time management skills to create and organize documents. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising from FIDM, a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Media and Marketing from Arts University Plymouth, and an intensive pre-college program in Photography and Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design. Charlotte's foundational education includes completing the International Baccalaureate at the International School of Luxembourg.
