Kelly Ross

Kelly Ross has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support. Kelly started their career at FLO TV Incorporated, subsidiary of Qualcomm, as a Sr. Network Ops Specialist, where they provided customer service, monitored broadcast towers, and acted as a supervisor. Kelly then worked at Verizon Wireless (previously known as nPhase) as a Technical Support Engineer, where they focused on customer service and managing the knowledge base repository. Later, they worked at Verizon Wireless as a Manager, overseeing the Operations Call Center and Service Desk team and leading projects. Currently, they are the Director of Technical Support at Platform Science.

Kelly Ross earned a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2016 to 2018.
