Maggie Gruening is a seasoned professional in customer success and client services, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Platform Science since March 2023. Prior to this role, Maggie worked at Acxiom for nearly 15 years, progressing from a Digital Campaign & Marketing Solutions Manager to a Senior Client Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing account and migration teams, performance metrics, and client relationships. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Belmont University, completed in 2007, and a high school diploma from Harpeth Hall School.
