Michelle Guerrero has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Currently, they are working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Platform Science, an enterprise-grade IoT fleet management platform. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Inseev Interactive. Michelle also worked at iProspect as the US Director of Talent Acquisition and as a Senior Recruiting Program Manager at Covario (acquired by iProspect). Michelle has experience in managing recruitment teams, handling HR and recruitment strategies, and supporting executive roles. Earlier in their career, they worked at Cbeyond, AMN Healthcare, Aerotek, Ace Relocation Systems, and Autosplice, Inc., acquiring skills in branch recruiting, account recruitment, and customer applications.
