Oscar Roper

Oscar Roper is an experienced professional in the IT consulting sector, currently serving as the Head of Associate Programme and Resource Manager at Platform Smart since March 2016. This role involves combining traditional IT consulting methods with the agility and expertise of IT freelancers to provide a flexible and effective service to IT leaders. Prior to this, Oscar held the position of Resource Manager at affini Technology Ltd, a systems integrator focused on wireless communications and ICT projects, from April 2015 to March 2016.
