Magdalena Matejek

Magdalena Matejek has extensive experience in project management and quality control. Magdalena started their career as a Senior Quality Specialist at the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management in 2004. Magdalena then moved on to work as a Quality Engineer at Central European Engine Services Sp. z o.o. in 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at WP Production Company during the same period. In 2009, they transitioned to Platige Image, where they served as a Production Manager before taking on the role of Head of Development and Strategic Projects. In this position, they managed various projects focusing on system development, financial optimization, and project management workflow. Throughout their career, Magdalena has demonstrated strong leadership in both technical and strategic roles.

Magdalena Matejek completed their Master of Science in Production Engineering Department/Management and Marketing/Total Quality Management at Warsaw University of Technology from 2000 to 2005. Magdalena then pursued postgraduate studies in Quality, Environment, and Health Management at Warsaw University of Technology in 2006-2007, followed by PhD studies in Management and Finance at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2007 to 2009. Magdalena also completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at Kozminski University with Gdansk Foundation for Management Development in 2009-2010 and Lean in Services at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2017-2018. Magdalena holds additional certifications as a Kaizen Coach and Practitioner in services, as well as certifications as a Quality Manager and Quality Representative from TUV Nord.
