Carl Georigi is an accomplished entrepreneur and industry leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Platinum Dining Group since January 1996, Carl has been instrumental in driving the company's success. In addition, Carl serves as Chairman of the Delaware Restaurant Association since January 2022 and is a Partner at PDG Properties, LLC, a real estate holding company focused on hospitality ventures, since December 1996. Prior roles include Food Service Director at ARAMARK and Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from LaSalle University and attended The Culinary Institute of America.
