John Holland

John Holland is an experienced legal and human resources executive currently serving as the Managing Director and General Counsel at Platinum Equity since April 2020. Previously, John held the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer at Incora from January 2011 to April 2020. Prior to that, John was a Partner at Latham & Watkins from December 1994 to December 2010. John earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Columbia Law School between 1991 and 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Humanities and English from Brigham Young University in 1990-1991.
