Russ Dillion

Russ Dillion has a strong background in portfolio operations, business consulting, and finance. Russ has held leadership positions at Platinum Equity, where they served as a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Operations group, collaborating with portfolio company senior management teams to drive growth and operational improvement. Prior to that, they were a Vice President at Platinum Equity and a Chief Transformation Officer at Vertiv Co. Russ also worked at AlixPartners, starting as an Associate and progressing to Vice President and Director, and at Dell, Inc as a Senior Finance Consultant. Russ Dillion began their career as a Consultant at Coleman Consulting Group.

Russ Dillion completed their B.S. in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University in 1995. Russ then pursued an M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance at the Texas McCombs School of Business, graduating in 2004.
