Tracy Ann Chow

Tracy Ann Chow is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and special situations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Platinum Equity since October 2022, Chow previously held the position of Principal at Solace Capital Partners, LLC from February 2017 to May 2022, focusing on special situations investing. Prior roles include Investment Analyst at JMB Capital, where work involved a $2 billion opportunistic hedge fund with an emphasis on long/short equities and stressed/distressed credit, and Associate at The Carlyle Group, engaged in distressed and special situations investing. Tracy Ann Chow holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, obtained in 2008, and serves on the Board of Directors for Fabcon Precast and Jet Edge International.
