Zac Stein

Zac Stein currently serves as Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity since 2025. Prior to this role, Zac was Chief Transformation Officer at VENTORA from July 2023 to 2025 and held multiple strategic positions at Vertiv from October 2017 to June 2023, including Director of M&A Integration and Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff for EMEA, where responsibilities included overseeing large-scale initiatives aimed at growth, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Earlier in the career, Zac was involved in transformative projects at Become Energy as Business Development and Operations Director, focusing on battery solutions for commercial and industrial energy consumers, and served as a Mechanical Engineer at AECOM, managing engineering projects and teams. Zac holds multiple MBAs, including from IESE Business School and London Business School, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Commerce from UNSW, specializing in Mechanical Engineering and Finance.
